In l963 we purchased our first Samoyed Sunstar of Kobe from Mrs. Dorothy Perry and her daughter Mrs. Irene Ashfield of Kobe fame and our love of the breed began. We entered "Brumas" in his first show in l964 and our hobby of Dog Showing began when he won a prize in all his classes.. In 1966 we purchased Silver Sapphire of Sworddale "Sheba" from David and Bunty Ross of the Sworddale Kennel and the Sarbesha Sams Sheba and Brumas produced their first litter in l969 which were all first prize championship show winners and contained Ch.
